VP Product - Enterprise Performance Solutions
The Vice President of Product for Enterprise Performance Solutions at Teads will lead the vision and development of the company's performance product suite, focusing on AI-powered advertising solutions that drive results across the marketing funnel. This role is integral to Teads' strategic growth, especially following the 2025 merger with Outbrain, which enhanced the company's performance portfolio. The VP will report directly to the Enterprise Chief Product Officer and collaborate closely with senior leaders across business, engineering, operations, and marketing.
Key responsibilities include defining and driving a clear product vision for performance solutions, translating market opportunities and client needs into a comprehensive roadmap. The VP will prioritize initiatives using a data-driven approach, establish meaningful success metrics, and identify long-term product impact indicators. Additionally, the role involves leading the design and development of scalable, innovative solutions in performance advertising, ensuring strong alignment and efficient execution with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams. The VP will also oversee the successful rollout of complex product initiatives, engaging with clients, publishers, and agency partners to validate product value and accelerate adoption.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or engineering and have over 10 years of experience as a Product Manager in the ad-tech industry. Experience in performance advertising, particularly in mid-funnel, lower-funnel, or retail media, is essential. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills across various departments, a solid understanding of product technology, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning. Fluency in English and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are also necessary.
The compensation for this position ranges from $300,000 to $350,000 annually, including on-target earnings. The actual offer may vary based on factors such as experience and job-related knowledge.
