Teads is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Netanya. As a leading omnichannel advertising platform, Teads focuses on delivering meaningful business outcomes for brand and performance advertisers across various screens. With a global presence and partnerships with over 10,000 publishers and 20,000 advertisers, we are committed to leveraging predictive AI technology to enhance media quality, brand creativity, and context-driven addressability.

In this role, you will be responsible for improving existing algorithms and developing new approaches to provide accurate predictions and drive new products by offering business insights. Your day-to-day tasks will include implementing algorithms and models end-to-end, collaborating with various teams to develop services from design to production, and ensuring software quality through comprehensive testing. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest machine learning technologies to ensure the use of best-in-class algorithms.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience coding machine learning solutions in high-scale systems, a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or Mathematics, and relevant industry experience in ad-tech and recommender systems. Strong programming abilities, experience with large-scale distributed systems, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable business insights are essential. Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, AWS, and Jupyter notebooks is preferred.
