Teads is seeking a Backend Engineer to join our team in Netanya. As a leading omnichannel advertising platform, Teads focuses on delivering meaningful business outcomes for brand and performance advertisers across various screens. Our platform handles 2.2 billion users per month and processes 100 billion events daily, presenting unique challenges in big data, predictive AI, and high-performance architecture.

In this role, you will collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to research, develop, and deploy features and enhancements that significantly impact our global revenue. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and monitoring your code in production autonomously and reliably. Additionally, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and other teams to frame projects and ensure their successful execution.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in backend development with strong proficiency in Java or Scala. You should possess excellent programming abilities, including a strong emphasis on testing your code. Experience with large-scale, high-throughput, distributed systems and a solid understanding of application architecture, performance, and maintainability are essential. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities are also required.
