Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer at Teads, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to developing efficient and user-friendly web products utilized by thousands of premium publishers, advertisers, and agencies worldwide. In this role, you will collaborate closely with software engineers and data scientists to research, develop, and deploy experiments, features, and enhancements that significantly impact our global revenue. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and monitoring your code in production autonomously and reliably. Additionally, you will work with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and other teams to frame projects and be accountable for their execution, ensuring that the solutions provided are relevant and effective for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong programming abilities, with a natural inclination towards testing and a keen awareness of application architecture, performance, maintainability, and overall quality. Familiarity with large, high-throughput, distributed systems and experience in processing substantial amounts of data are essential. An analytical and experimental mindset is crucial, as is the ability to prove ideas before investing significant development effort. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse global team are also important.
