Teads is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Partner Manager to join our UK team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of publisher partners within the UK market. As part of a global team, you will play a key role in strengthening partner relationships, driving revenue opportunities, and ensuring excellent operational delivery. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with international and cross-functional teams to translate broader business priorities into strong local execution.

Key responsibilities include managing and developing a dedicated portfolio of publisher accounts in the UK, building strong long-term relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. You will own the operational and strategic management of your portfolio, including technical setup, monitoring, analysis, upselling, and retention, to deliver strong results for both the business and partners. Additionally, you will partner closely with the Business Development team to support the onboarding of new publishers and proactively identify optimization opportunities across existing inventory. Collaboration with internal teams, including Product, R&D, and Operations, will be essential to improve processes, resolve issues, and enhance overall partner performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or a related industry, ideally in a client management, account management, or partner management role. Strong commercial and analytical skills are required, with the ability to monitor performance, identify trends, and present key insights and KPIs in a clear and actionable way. A good understanding of the UK digital media landscape and publisher ecosystem is essential. The candidate should be comfortable interpreting data and translating performance trends into strategic recommendations. Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn the intricacies of the Teads platform are important, as well as being autonomous, proactive, and highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets, is required, and knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

Teads offers a collaborative and forward-thinking environment that fosters innovation, creative problem-solving, and continuous learning. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with smart humans, meaningful brands, and cool tools, all while helping redefine how advertising works in a world that demands more transparency, better insights, and smarter strategies. We are committed to your success, offering the support, tools, and development opportunities you need to excel in your role.
