VP Product - Enterprise Performance Solutions
Teads is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead the development of our Enterprise Performance product suite. This role involves shaping AI-powered advertising solutions that drive results for major brands across the marketing funnel. The VP will report directly to the Enterprise Chief Product Officer and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Data Analysts. This position offers significant visibility within the executive team and the opportunity to influence one of the company's most strategic growth areas.
Key responsibilities include defining and driving a clear product vision for Performance solutions, translating market opportunities and client needs into a comprehensive roadmap. The VP will prioritize initiatives using a data-driven approach, establish meaningful success metrics, and identify long-term product impact indicators. Additionally, the role involves leading the design and development of scalable, innovative solutions in performance advertising, ensuring strong alignment and efficient execution from concept to delivery. The VP will also oversee the successful rollout of complex product initiatives, engaging with clients and partners to validate product value and accelerate adoption.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or engineering, with over 10 years of experience as a Product Manager in the ad-tech industry. Experience in Performance advertising, particularly in mid-funnel, lower-funnel, or Retail Media, is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments, a solid understanding of product technology, and a passion for innovation are required. Fluency in English and the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams are also necessary.
The compensation for this role ranges from $300,000 to $350,000 annually, including on-target earnings. The actual offer may vary based on experience and qualifications.
