VP Product - Enterprise Performance Solutions
Teads is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead the development of its Enterprise Performance Solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping AI-powered advertising products that drive measurable outcomes for global brands. The VP will oversee a team of Product Managers and Data Analysts, reporting directly to the Enterprise Chief Product Officer. This position offers significant visibility within the executive team and the opportunity to influence one of Teads' most strategic growth areas.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing a clear product vision for Performance solutions, translating market opportunities and client needs into a comprehensive roadmap. The VP will lead the design and development of scalable and innovative solutions, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution from concept to delivery. Additionally, the role involves driving the successful rollout of complex product initiatives, engaging with clients and partners to validate product value and accelerate adoption, while continuously refining solutions based on market feedback.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or engineering, with over 10 years of experience as a Product Manager in the ad-tech industry. Proven expertise in Performance advertising, including mid-funnel, lower-funnel, and Retail Media, is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments, a solid understanding of product technology, and a passion for innovation are required. Fluency in English and the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams are also necessary.
