The role also involves managing the production and distribution of the weekly Payment Platform release schedule, supporting stakeholders by providing data on support and bug issues, and leading investigations into incidents such as security breaches and performance bottlenecks. Additionally, the manager will oversee a team of support engineers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in payments, fintech, or financial services testing, particularly within PCI DSS-regulated environments. Proficiency in SQL scripting, including PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server, is essential for querying and analyzing payment data. A strong background development, familiarity with tools like Jira and source control systems, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team are also required. Effective task management, prioritization skills, and an understanding of the online entertainment and gambling industry will further enhance the candidate's suitability for this role.
