Technical Solutions Engineer
Teads is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team in Ljubljana. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support to our global clients, ensuring the seamless performance of our products and services. You will collaborate closely with experts in R&D, AdOps, and Product to drive ongoing success.
As a Technical Solutions Engineer, your responsibilities will include delivering advanced solutions to global clients, handling cases within predefined SLAs, and collaborating with Account Managers to support major global brands. You will conduct direct calls with clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively, manage issue resolution across platforms like Slack, Salesforce, and email, and ensure the correct setup of campaigns, pixels, and creatives. Additionally, you will perform in-depth troubleshooting by pulling and analyzing data to provide tailored insights to marketers and contribute to the continuous evolution of our offerings by sharing technical insights and ideas.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in a Technical Solutions or technical support role, preferably within the Adtech sector. A strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and how the web works is essential, along with scripting proficiency in languages such as JavaScript or Python for automation. Solid understanding of SQL and proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) are also required. Knowledge of Chrome Developer Tools for troubleshooting and fluency in English are necessary, with additional languages considered an advantage. A proactive mindset, passion for technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key attributes for success in this role.
