Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager at Betsson Group, you will lead both tactical and strategic projects that support the company's long-term technology transformation. This role requires a holistic understanding of Betsson's technological evolution and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical details to various stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with technology experts and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Your primary responsibilities include developing project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget. You will coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors, manage stakeholder relationships, and create comprehensive project documentation. Additionally, you will identify and mitigate project risks, monitor progress, and facilitate effective team meetings to maintain project momentum.

The ideal candidate possesses a solid IT technical background and a thorough understanding of project management fundamentals. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA is essential. Strong people management skills, outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, and the capacity to navigate ambiguous and complex situations are crucial. A recognized certification in project management, such as PRINCE2 or Six Sigma, is considered a significant advantage.
