Technical Program Manager (EG), Manufacturing
Fictiv is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Bengaluru office, focusing on manufacturing operations. This role involves collaborating with manufacturing partners to develop and implement efficient program plans, ensuring projects are executed within scope, budget, and timeline, while exceeding customer expectations. The Technical Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, driving clarity, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and overall program success.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end project execution, coordinating across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams. The role requires developing comprehensive project plans, proactively managing risks, and ensuring alignment with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the Technical Program Manager will oversee multiple programs across various regions, address customer requests, and provide regular program updates and status reports.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project or program management within fast-paced manufacturing environments. A proven track record in managing programs through New Product Development (NPD) and mass manufacturing is essential. Deep experience with CNC machining is required, while familiarity with composite and sheet metal fabrication processes is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a team-first mindset are also critical for success in this role.
