Senior Software Engineer- Salesforce

Fictiv is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Salesforce to join our Pune, India office. This role involves leading the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions that support our global manufacturing and supply chain operations. As part of our dynamic engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital manufacturing ecosystem, enabling hardware innovators to build better products faster.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements, authoring technical documents that align with current and future business goals, and deploying solutions using automated tools. You will also conduct code reviews, optimize existing implementations, and integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, and Data Cloud is essential. Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, reporting, and database design, along with a proven track record of building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external applications, is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and effective communication are crucial for success in this role.
