Integrations Engineer
As an Integrations Engineer at Fictiv, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our enterprise SaaS applications, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, and JIRA. This position is based in our Pune, India office and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to transforming manufacturing and supply chain operations. Fictiv is a global company enabling organizations to scale across our manufacturing centers in India, Mexico, China, and the U.S., delivering over 35 million parts to industries such as aerospace, robotics, and automotive.
In this role, you will develop integrations between various enterprise systems, ensuring they are reusable, scalable, and secure. Collaborating closely with software development teams, you will document and deliver solutions promptly, conduct thorough testing, and monitor system performance to forecast capacity requirements. Your expertise will guide technical design patterns and business processes, contributing to the development of new products and features while maintaining high engineering standards.
The ideal candidate possesses 5-7 years of hands-on experience in developing end-to-end API integrations with Mulesoft, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. A deep understanding of Mulesoft API-led connectivity, integration best practices, and engineering principles is essential. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and finance systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite, along with strong relational database knowledge and SQL proficiency, is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a desire to mentor and guide other engineers, are highly valued.
