Supply Chain Manager (WM)

The Supply Chain Manager at Wolt Market is responsible for overseeing and optimizing supply chain operations across assigned markets. This role involves close collaboration with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement processes, effective inventory management, and strong supplier relationships. The position is integral to Wolt's mission of delivering exceptional convenience and customer experience through its rapidly expanding grocery stores.

Key responsibilities include managing inventory systems and replenishment processes, addressing issues such as ordering optimization and inventory imbalances, and leading inventory-related projects like launching new product flows and implementing process improvements. The Supply Chain Manager is also tasked with analyzing performance data to identify trends and drive corrective actions, as well as collaborating with vendors and internal departments to enhance operational performance and supplier collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, inventory management, or procurement, with a proven track record of delivering results. A strong understanding of replenishment models and inventory optimization is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in G Suite or MS Office, especially Excel, are required. Fluency in English and Greek is also necessary.
