Retail Account Manager
Wolt is seeking a Retail Account Manager to join our team in Baku, Azerbaijan. As part of our mission to deliver a wide variety of products beyond restaurant meals, this role focuses on managing and developing relationships with our retail partners to enhance their success on our platform.
In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail accounts, conducting quarterly business reviews to assess performance, and developing strategies for growth. You will identify and prioritize merchant needs, co-create solutions, and introduce new Wolt product opportunities to expand partnerships and increase revenue streams. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, manage advertising sales, and utilize your understanding of retail operations to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales with a proven track record of commercial impact. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships. An analytical mindset with experience using tools like Looker is preferred. A basic understanding of system integrations and digital solutions is beneficial. High ownership and a team-first attitude are crucial, as is the ability to manage your pipeline independently while seeking guidance on complex tasks. Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian is required. Experience with CRM systems and sales is a plus.
