Team Lead Sales, Region North (m/w/d)
As the Sales Team Lead for Region North at Wolt, you will oversee the restaurant acquisition team in northern Germany, focusing on expanding our restaurant portfolio. This role is pivotal in enhancing Wolt's presence by identifying and partnering with key restaurant venues, thereby driving growth and customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities include building and directing the Restaurant Acquisition Team, setting KPIs, managing sales performance, and providing constructive feedback. You will develop and execute strategic plans to target market gaps and opportunities, establish relationships with potential restaurant partners, and manage the sales pipeline systematically. Additionally, you will negotiate key partner terms and utilize data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
The ideal candidate possesses demonstrable success in a leadership sales position, extensive experience in people management or coaching within field sales, and excellent communication and networking skills. A deep understanding of the local restaurant scene and a self-starter mindset are essential. Experience within the hospitality industry, particularly in restaurants, is advantageous. Fluency in German and English is required.
