Lead Program Manager
Wolt is seeking a Lead Program Manager to oversee and scale high-volume hiring operations for Wolt Market across international locations. Based in Greece, this role involves leading a team of recruiters and sourcers to deliver efficient and data-driven hiring processes, utilizing tools like Greenhouse and Fountain. The position is integral to Wolt's mission of building a scalable, automated hiring engine that supports rapid expansion while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
The Lead Program Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end pipeline performance, from application through onboarding. Key duties include identifying bottlenecks in the hiring funnel, implementing scalable process improvements, standardizing workflows across markets, and leveraging data to monitor performance and improve conversion rates. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as Operations, Workforce Planning, and HR is essential to align hiring strategies with business needs.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Program Management, or similar fields, with a background in high-volume hiring environments. Experience in people management, particularly leading recruiters, coordinators, or sourcers, is required. A strong analytical mindset, proficiency with tools like Greenhouse or Fountain, and a track record of continuous process improvement are also essential.
