Ads & Promos - Senior Sales Manager
Wolt is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join its Ads & Promos team in Kazakhstan, focusing on developing and managing advertising and promotional campaigns for partners. This role involves close collaboration with the Global Ads and Account Management teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. The position is based in Almaty and Astana, Kazakhstan.
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving enterprise partnership growth by developing strategic plans for each partner, identifying expansion opportunities, and building deep relationships with C-level stakeholders. Key duties include launching and optimizing new advertising and promotion products, negotiating high-value deals, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating across teams to ensure timely and budget-aligned campaign delivery. Additionally, the role involves streamlining ad operations, developing custom reporting for partner performance, and staying informed about market trends to position Wolt Ads as a category leader.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or ad platform management, with a proven track record in managing enterprise-level deals. A deep understanding of advertising platforms, campaign optimization, and media buying fundamentals is essential. Experience with platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager is advantageous. The role requires strong enterprise sales acumen, strategic relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations with C-level stakeholders.
