Strategic Accounts Director - CZ & SK
Teads is seeking a proactive and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our growing team in Prague. As a key representative in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, you will manage and expand relationships with prominent clients across industries such as CPG, Tech & Telco, Retail, Automotive, Finance, and Beauty/Luxury. Reporting directly to the Sales Director/Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving incremental revenue growth and strengthening Teads' presence in the local market.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between Teads and its key clients, focusing on mid-to-senior level contacts and media agencies to secure inclusion in core media plans. Your responsibilities will include developing and scaling collaborative relationships with top businesses, delivering consultative sales presentations informed by industry knowledge and market trends, and overseeing the day-to-day delivery and optimization of campaigns in coordination with local and multi-market sales and operations teams. Additionally, you will serve as an industry expert, contributing to thought leadership and sharing market insights to drive vertical success.
The ideal candidate will possess personal knowledge and proven professional relationships within the advertising and marketing industry, with at least 7 years of experience in media or digital advertising and a history of building long-term sustainable partnerships. Strong working knowledge of online video, display, and performance advertising, as well as practical experience with programmatic and auction-based buying/selling of advertising space, is essential. Demonstrated experience with research and measurement methodologies related to online advertising performance, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convert media budgets from traditional or competing digital channels are also required. Proficiency in Business English and either Czech or Slovak is essential.
