Store Operations Associate - Marousi

Wolt is seeking proactive and fast-learning individuals to join our Wolt Market team in Marousi as Store Operations Associates. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions, with flexible working hours to accommodate various schedules. As a Store Operations Associate, you will be integral to our mission of delivering exceptional service and convenience to our customers.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include processing orders through our Merchant app, accurately picking and packing groceries, and ensuring timely handover to customers and courier partners. You will also be responsible for unloading deliveries from vendors, managing internal systems that track product information such as nutrients and allergens, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

The ideal candidate is proactive, a quick learner, and capable of multitasking effectively. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires working in rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, given that our Wolt Market operates seven days a week from 07:00 AM to 03:00 AM. Previous experience in a grocery store is advantageous. Fluency in Greek and the legal right to work in Greece are mandatory requirements.
