Sportsbook - Frontend Software Engineer

Betsson Group is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to join our Sportsbook Product Development team in Budapest. Our in-house Sportsbook platform is expanding rapidly, entering new markets and evolving into a B2B product. With a global presence across five tech hubs—including Malta, Budapest, Stockholm, Tallinn, and Athens—our team is dedicated to delivering a world-class sports betting experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance our Sportsbook platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and implementing user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript, managing state with ngRx, and ensuring responsive design with Sass and HTML5. You will also interact with REST APIs and contribute to the overall performance and user experience of our products.

The ideal candidate has a strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with JavaScript-based UI frameworks. A solid understanding of HTML and CSS is essential, along with experience in interacting with REST APIs. Excellent communication skills in English are required. Additional experience with Angular 2+, Redux, RxJS,.NET/C#, MVC, Web API, WCF, responsive design, SQL Server, and micro-service systems is highly desirable.
