Sportsbook - Frontend Software Engineer

Betsson Group is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to join their Sportsbook tech team in Athens. The Sportsbook platform is developed in-house and serves over 20 brands, offering sports betting to customers worldwide. The team operates across five tech hubs located in Malta, Budapest, Stockholm, Tallinn, and Athens.

In this role, the Frontend Software Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the Sportsbook platform's frontend components. Responsibilities include implementing new features, ensuring optimal performance, and enhancing user experience. The engineer will work with technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, Redux (ngRx), RxJS, Angular Material, Sass, and HTML5.

Candidates should have proficiency in JavaScript, experience with JavaScript-based UI frameworks, and strong skills in HTML and CSS. Familiarity with REST APIs and effective communication in English are essential. Additional qualifications include experience with Angular 2+, Redux, RxJS,.NET/C#, responsive design, SQL Server, and implementing distributed systems.
