Social Security Disability Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Social Security Disability Attorney to join our expanding practice. This role involves managing a substantial caseload and requires experience with Social Security Disability hearings. The position is flexible, allowing the attorney to be based in any of our offices across the United States.

The attorney will guide clients through the case process, prepare for and attend hearings and court appearances, and handle the day-to-day management of an active caseload. Additionally, the role includes delegating work and responsibilities effectively among a team of case staff to ensure efficient case progression.

Candidates must possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with a State Bar Association. Experience with Social Security Disability hearings is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of cases, exhibit excellent client service and communication skills, and possess superior writing and oral advocacy abilities.
