Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join their team in Tallahassee, Florida. This role involves working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure efficient case management and support throughout the legal process.

The Case Manager will be responsible for daily interactions with clients, both in person and via telephone, to provide updates and gather necessary information. Key duties include ordering medical records, communicating with healthcare providers, obtaining documents to support injury and liability claims, and maintaining organized case files. Additionally, the role involves preparing comprehensive demand packages for submission to insurance carriers under attorney supervision.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or in a similar legal position, with at least two years of relevant experience preferred. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential. Excellent writing and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to client and provider interactions, are also required.
