Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join their team in Brunswick, Georgia. This role involves working closely with attorneys and clients to manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution, ensuring that each case progresses efficiently and effectively.

The Case Manager will be responsible for daily interactions with clients, both in person and via telephone, to provide updates and gather necessary information. Key duties include ordering medical records, communicating with healthcare providers, obtaining documents to support injury and liability claims, and interacting with insurance carriers. Additionally, the Case Manager will prepare comprehensive demand packages under attorney supervision and maintain organized case files throughout the legal process.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, with prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred. A minimum of two years in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is desirable. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent writing and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to client and provider interactions.
