Social Security Disability Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join our expanding practice. This role involves managing a substantial caseload and requires prior experience with Social Security Disability hearings. The position is available in any of our offices across the United States.

The attorney will guide clients through the case process, prepare for and attend hearings and court appearances, and handle daily management of active cases. Responsibilities also include effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities among a team of case staff to ensure efficient case progression.

Candidates must possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with a State Bar Association. Experience with Social Security Disability hearings is essential. The role demands the ability to manage a high volume of cases, excellent client service and communication skills, a self-starting attitude driven by long-term career goals, and superior writing and oral advocacy abilities.
