Social Security Disability Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join our expanding practice. This role involves managing a substantial caseload and guiding clients through the complexities of the Social Security Disability process. The position is available in any of our offices across the United States.

The attorney will be responsible for preparing and attending hearings and court appearances, handling daily case management, and effectively delegating tasks to a team of case staff. Ensuring clients are well-informed and supported throughout their cases is a key aspect of this role.

Candidates must possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with a State Bar Association. Experience with Social Security Disability hearings is essential, along with the ability to manage a high volume of cases. Strong client service skills, excellent communication abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are required.
