Key responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day operations of custody services, assisting trade operations to ensure smooth transaction execution, and maintaining the integrity of custody records. The role also involves providing input to compliance and risk teams to design effective controls, adhering to established security protocols for transaction support and client verification, and generating reports to support daily custody operations. Additionally, the associate will liaise with the accounting department to ensure timely provision of custody-related data.

Candidates should possess over five years of relevant experience in a trading firm, hedge fund, investment bank, or similar financial institution. Experience with crypto assets is preferred. The role requires a solid understanding of financial products and custody processes, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required, along with a desire to become an expert in digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
