Senior Institutional Sales Executive
FalconX is seeking a Senior Institutional Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in New York City. As a leading digital asset platform for institutions, FalconX provides comprehensive services including trade execution, credit and treasury management, prime offerings, and market making. This role is pivotal in expanding our institutional client base and enhancing client relationships within the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency market.
The Senior Institutional Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aimed at growing FalconX's institutional clientele. Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new prospects such as hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional investors; establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers; and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure exemplary client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves aligning sales deliverables with business objectives and representing FalconX at relevant industry conferences.
The ideal candidate will possess 7-10+ years of relevant experience, including at least one year in the crypto industry, preferably at a crypto prime brokerage firm. A deep understanding of various cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the regulatory landscape is essential. Expertise in equity sales, derivatives, and hedge fund sales, along with remarkable negotiation skills and the ability to manage large, complex clients, are required. The candidate should demonstrate a sales-minded, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset, with familiarity with FalconX's products and services, including trading and prime brokerage offerings.
This full-time position offers an expected annual base compensation ranging from $196,000 to $265,000, with additional forms of compensation and benefits. These include overtime compensation (when applicable), relocation assistance (if applicable), performance-linked bonuses, paid time off (including sick time), paid company holidays, participation in the company's equity and 401(k) retirement plan, and competitive health, dental, and vision benefits, each subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents and company policies.
