Senior Marketing Associate
The Senior Marketing Associate at FalconX will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand presence and drive customer engagement. This position requires creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital assets, trading, and institutional finance to effectively communicate FalconX's value proposition.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans that align with FalconX's business objectives. The role involves managing the company's social media presence, including content planning, posting cadence, and day-to-day channel management. Additionally, the associate will support executive visibility and thought leadership programs by developing and managing social content for senior leaders, ensuring a consistent voice and strategic positioning. Writing marketing copy across various formats, creating and managing content for multiple marketing channels, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing marketing performance metrics, and supporting the planning and execution of events and webinars are also integral parts of the role.
Candidates should have proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial services or technology sector. A strong understanding of the digital asset and cryptocurrency markets is a plus, with working knowledge of crypto markets, trading concepts, and institutional finance strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment, experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management tools, and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions are essential. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
The base pay for this role is expected to be between $100,000 and $140,000 in New York City. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance-linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on factors such as location, skillset, experience, qualifications, and the level at which the candidate is hired.
