Finance Associate

FalconX is seeking a Finance Associate to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. The Finance Associate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting in accordance with applicable GAAP standards, including US GAAP, IndAS, or IFRS. Key duties include supporting trade operations and settlement teams through daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and attestation procedures. The role also involves setting up processes, policies, procedures, and control frameworks to enhance financial operations. Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP is essential for managing financial data effectively.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, with a professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking or broker-dealer industry, particularly within trading divisions, is required. Expertise in IFRS and US GAAP reporting standards, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a hands-on approach to working with ERP systems are also necessary.
