Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, AI & Engineering (Contract)

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our rapidly growing team on a 6+ month contract, with the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role. This position focuses on full-cycle recruitment for our Product and Engineering teams, playing a pivotal role in scaling our AI and engineering capabilities. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to our mission of delivering AI-driven market intelligence solutions to over 6,000 enterprise customers worldwide.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective search strategies, from role intake to candidate offer. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Utilizing data-driven insights, you will continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and adaptable technical recruiter with a strong background in the B2B SaaS space. You should possess a deep understanding of the competencies and skills necessary for success in AI and engineering roles, along with the ability to effectively assess and engage top talent. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are critical to providing a world-class experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

This contract position offers an hourly compensation range of $60 to $75 USD, with the possibility of equity and access to a generous benefits program.
