Sales Development Representative
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at AlphaSense plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. As part of the Sales Development team, SDRs are at the forefront of prospect engagement and pipeline generation, collaborating closely with Account Executives to expand AlphaSense's presence within new and existing accounts. AlphaSense is a leading market intelligence platform that leverages AI to deliver critical insights from a vast array of public and private content, including equity research, company filings, and news sources.
In this role, SDRs are responsible for researching and identifying new client opportunities based on key client profiles in target accounts. They apply sales development best practices through email, phone, and social outreach to connect with new prospects, articulate the product's value proposition, and coordinate meetings on an Account Executive's calendar. Additionally, SDRs utilize discovery and objection handling strategies to engage decision-makers and build interest in AlphaSense's offerings.
