Customer Success Manager, Corporate
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role at AlphaSense is central to ensuring our clients realize measurable outcomes from their investment in our platform. CSMs partner with Account Managers to optimize the customer journey, delivering value from the moment they join AlphaSense by focusing on strong product adoption and engagement. You will proactively monitor usage, adoption, and account health, while aligning AlphaSense to client goals and embedding our platform into their day-to-day workflows.
In this role, you will engage with end users through various mediums, including virtual and in-person meetings, email, and direct calls, all aimed at delivering value through platform adoption and use case mapping. You will monitor usage, deliver tailored strategies, and lead client sessions to unblock any barriers to feature adoption. Additionally, you will guide new clients through onboarding, training, and best-practice adoption to ensure a strong foundation, both virtually and in person. Partnering with sales and account management teams, you will strengthen adoption to support renewals and articulate AlphaSense’s differentiated and competitive value. A data-driven mindset is essential, as you will proactively leverage insights, analytics, and feedback to anticipate risks, highlight wins, and strengthen our customers’ ROI case for AlphaSense. Acting as the advocate for client needs internally, you will collaborate with Sales, Support, Account Management, and Product teams to clearly articulate what customers value most.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role, with financial data experience being a plus. You should have a proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes. Comfort using data to inform decisions, along with strong organizational and time-management skills, is essential. A proactive, curious, and consultative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and values collaboration will excel in this role. Excellent communication skills with a demonstrable track record for collaborating in a cross-functional environment are also required. The ability to be in our London office once per week is necessary.
AlphaSense offers a competitive base compensation range of £66,000 to £77,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses, equity, and a generous benefits program.
