Senior Software Engineer - Client Portal

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Client Portal team, focusing on developing and enhancing our mobile application. This role involves working with FastAPI and Python for backend development, and React Native with Expo for the frontend, contributing to a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of scalable, robust systems across both backend and frontend, maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and performance. The engineer will also drive technical alignment through code and design reviews, champion documentation, and build systems with fault tolerance and observability in mind.

The ideal candidate will have experience in full-stack development, particularly with React Native and Expo for mobile applications, as well as proficiency in Python and AWS. Strong leadership skills in agile delivery, sprint planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement are essential.
