Senior Security Engineer
Teads is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to enhance security practices across product and platform teams, as well as support internal corporate security needs. This role is pivotal in embedding security into our products and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring both our development processes and internal operations are secure. Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform, partnered with over 10,000 publishers and 20,000 advertisers globally, and is headquartered in New York with a diverse team of approximately 1,700 people across more than 30 countries.
In this position, you will collaborate with developers to integrate security measures throughout the design, build, and deployment stages. Responsibilities include automating vulnerability triage and mitigation processes, securing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub and Jenkins, and managing execution environments such as Kubernetes and Docker. Additionally, you will fine-tune web application firewalls, oversee cloud security across platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure, and support internal teams with secure production access, endpoint hardening, and access policy management. Leading security reviews across application, infrastructure, and corporate environments is also a key aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate views security as an enabler of speed rather than an obstacle and is comfortable working in both cloud and on-premises environments. You should value autonomy, taking ownership from concept to execution, and possess the ability to prioritize risks while addressing root causes. Clear communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with development, operations, and business teams.
