As a Senior Sales Manager at Teads, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth within the Dutch market. Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform that leverages predictive AI technology to connect quality media, creative brand content, and context-driven addressability and measurement. With a global presence spanning over 30 countries and partnerships with more than 10,000 publishers and 20,000 advertisers, Teads is committed to delivering meaningful business outcomes for brand and performance advertisers across various screens.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients and media agencies, identifying new business opportunities, and providing high-quality consulting services tailored to client needs. Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, and Platform, you will ensure client requirements are met effectively. Achieving quarterly revenue targets and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction to drive renewals and incremental revenue will be key aspects of your day-to-day responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in media sales to media agencies, with a strong network within the Dutch media agency landscape. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to close deals, and strategic thinking capabilities are essential. Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is required, and knowledge of online video solutions is preferred. A native Dutch speaker is highly desirable.
