Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager at Betsson Group will lead high-impact initiatives from concept through to delivery and post-launch support within the fast-paced iGaming environment. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing multiple project streams, and ensuring each initiative delivers measurable business value. The position is based in Malta, where Betsson Group operates its operational headquarters with a diverse team representing over 75 nationalities.
Key responsibilities include owning the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment and post-deployment support, overseeing multiple related project streams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and developing detailed project plans encompassing scope, schedules, dependencies, and risk management strategies. The Senior Project Manager will also translate business objectives into project goals, manage issues and project risks, and work closely with product delivery managers and stakeholders to ensure development aligns with established requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on commercial and business-driven initiatives, and specific experience in the iGaming industry. Proficiency in articulating business cases, delivering user story-based requirements, and coordinating cross-functional teams is essential. Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting business priorities, familiarity with both traditional and Agile project management approaches, and strong skills in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft365 are required. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are considered a plus.
