Senior Product Marketing Manager - Aquata
Arcesium is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join its Marketing team. This role is pivotal in executing and implementing the company's product marketing strategies, focusing on the Aquata Data Platform. The position involves collaboration across sales, marketing, product, and client engagement teams within the B2B FinTech sector, targeting Arcesium's key client segments.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead market research initiatives to identify ideal customer profiles and buying journeys for Aquata, particularly in the Mid-Market segment. Responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market plans, creating compelling marketing collateral such as case studies and whitepapers, and supporting the sales team with materials like battlecards and messaging kits. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data to assess the performance of marketing initiatives and promoting firm-wide positioning alignment through feedback collection and analysis.
Candidates should have over seven years of experience in cloud-based data management tools and platforms focused on analytics, AI, and enterprise data management, with a strong background in product marketing. Experience in the financial technology space, especially targeting hedge funds, institutional asset management, or private markets, is advantageous. Essential skills include excellent storytelling abilities, strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, and the capacity to communicate technical issues in client-centric messaging. A bachelor's degree is required, with an engineering background or MBA considered a plus.
The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $190,000. The compensation package includes a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, along with benefits such as medical and prescription drug coverage and 401(k) contribution matching. The role is remote-eligible in several states, including CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TX, VT, and WA.
