Arcesium is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Client and Partner Development team. This role is pivotal in expanding our pipeline and selling our solutions to hedge funds and institutional asset managers. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and contributing to the company's strategic objectives.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, starting with lead generation and qualification, progressing through proposal development, and culminating in deal closure. This includes leading deal teams, ensuring the appropriate deployment of resources throughout the sales lifecycle, and engaging in proactive, thoughtful deal management. Additionally, the role involves structuring and negotiating complex deals that often involve a mix of commercial products and custom configurations tailored to unique client requirements. Participation in conferences and Arcesium-sponsored marketing initiatives is also expected.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of relevant experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with a proven track record in prospecting, developing leads, and negotiating complex commercial structures. Experience selling to hedge funds and/or institutional asset management firms is required, along with a deep understanding of their operational processes and workflows. A strong network within the fintech or fund services industry is essential. The candidate must be proactive, highly analytical, and a driven self-starter with superior sales abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to tailor the Arcesium message to each unique opportunity. A passion for working in a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is also important.

The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $210,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401(k) contribution matching. The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
