Arcesium is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our Client Success Service Solutions (CS3) team within the Client and Partner Development department. This role is pivotal in building lasting partnerships that create value, foster trust, and ensure clients maximize the full potential of our products and services. The CS3 team is dedicated to exceeding client expectations and developing a community of advocates.

The Client Success Manager will serve as a dedicated point of contact and strategic partner to clients, focusing on understanding their business objectives and aligning Arcesium’s solutions to meet those goals. Responsibilities include providing thought leadership by sharing industry insights, regulatory updates, and best practices to empower clients in a competitive landscape. The role also involves developing and maintaining deep functional and technical knowledge of our operational and data platform to engage clients on shared outcomes for success.

Key responsibilities encompass building and maintaining relationships with mid to senior client stakeholders through regular check-ins and ongoing communications. The manager will critically review, identify, and communicate areas of improvement in our technical and operational processes, focusing on opportunities that drive long-term client success while maintaining adequate controls. Acting as the primary point of contact for client issues, the manager is accountable for timely issue resolution, applying product knowledge to address technical concerns, ensuring acceptable resolution, and resulting in de-escalation.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in operations, technology, or client success at a hedge fund, investment manager, FinTech, financial services, or technology organization. Experience supporting clients to optimize operations through process and technology is essential. Knowledge of software engineering or data science, with experience working with BI, data lakes, or other data tools, is required. Superior quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail, are necessary. An assertive self-starter with strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills is preferred. Strong communication skills and an understanding of the client/business relationship are required, as is a critical thinking mindset able to operate in an innovative, forward-thinking business environment. A degree in economics, finance, business, math, science, or engineering is preferred, along with exposure to a wide spectrum of investment asset classes and market segments.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $220,000 to $260,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401(k) contribution matching. The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
