Senior Product Manager-Tech

The Senior Product Manager-Tech at Betsson Group will be a key member of the Player Rewards and Gamification Area, focusing on enhancing customer loyalty through innovative features such as tournaments and personalized campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with Commercial, Compliance, and Data teams to develop advanced back-office tools that support various business processes.

Key responsibilities include defining, organizing, and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with developers, architects, and UX designers to optimize the customer experience. The role also entails leading the delivery of new functionalities and improvements, often requiring coordination with multiple development teams and stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts.

Candidates should have prior software engineering experience or education, a strong understanding of APIs, SQL, and event-based services, and proficiency with tools like Postman and Swagger. Experience in gaming, payments, revenue recognition, accounting, taxation, CRM, or SaaS is advantageous. The role demands excellent collaboration skills, an agile mindset, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
