Senior Product Manager, Financial Data

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the integration of new structured financial data into its market intelligence platform. This role is pivotal within the Financial Data content organization, which focuses on curating top-tier structured data from both proprietary and third-party sources. The team is dedicated to enhancing the platform's capabilities, providing clients with unparalleled accuracy and flexibility in their investment analyses.

The Senior Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial data analysis to launch. Responsibilities include structuring data to support various workflows, defining requirements, guiding development, conducting testing, and managing ongoing feedback for continuous improvement. The role also involves collaborating with internal experts to understand client pain points, validating product hypotheses, and informing prioritization through productive client discussions.

Candidates should possess at least seven years of product management experience in the fintech, investment research, or financial services industry. A proven track record of managing complex products with multiple components is essential, along with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency with tools like Notion and Linear is required, and experience with SQL or large language models (LLMs) is considered an asset. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business is mandatory, with an MBA or CFA designation preferred.
