Senior Product Designer
Betsson Group is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team in Athens, focusing on our in-house developed, world-class Sportsbook used by hundreds of thousands of customers. This role is integral to our mission of delivering unrivaled user experiences across multiple brands and markets. As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with fellow designers, product managers, researchers, and developers to shape the future of our products.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering user-focused, research-informed designs grounded in a deep understanding of customer motivations. Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating with product, research, and technology teams to uncover customer needs, interpreting behavioral data, and translating insights into compelling, functional, and engaging user experiences and interfaces. You will work within a mature internal design system, keeping up to date with platform-specific guidelines for Android and iOS, and contribute to the progression of our internal design system. Operating effectively in cross-functional, lean/agile teams, you will also work independently when needed.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and at least five years of experience in the field. You should be adept at simplifying complex concepts for native apps and mobile web, with superb interaction and visual design skills. Your portfolio should demonstrate end-to-end product thinking, from insight to shipped products. Strong communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to bring structure, rationale, and finesse to your work. Experience in fast-paced, data-rich environments is a strong plus, as is a keen interest in sports.
