Senior Product Data Analyst - Performance Campaigns Team
The Senior Product Data Analyst position is part of the Performance Campaigns team at Teads, a leading omnichannel advertising platform. This team focuses on developing advanced performance advertising tools within the Teads Ad Manager (TAM), aiming to unify performance capabilities and leverage AI to deliver high-quality outcomes for global enterprise brands and agencies. Teads partners with over 10,000 publishers and 20,000 advertisers worldwide, emphasizing meaningful business outcomes for branding and performance objectives.
In this role, the analyst will drive the adoption of standard key product metrics by making them accessible company-wide through self-service tools. Responsibilities include assessing the success of product releases by defining and monitoring relevant metrics, collaborating with Product Managers to shape the product roadmap, conducting ad-hoc studies, and building self-serve Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Additionally, the analyst will lead BI workshops and training sessions to promote a data-driven culture within the company.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Engineering, or Mathematics. Advanced knowledge of SQL and BI tools is essential, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, a proactive approach, and fluency in English. Experience with BI platforms like Looker or Tableau, modern data warehousing solutions, coding, and proficiency in French are advantageous.
