Senior People Operations Specialist

Sterlington PLLC is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing our human resources operations, ensuring seamless processes that support our firm's growth and commitment to excellence. The position is based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, with a requirement to support US Eastern Time working hours.

The Senior People Operations Specialist will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities encompass maintaining accurate HR data, managing HR systems, and collaborating with finance and data teams to streamline operations. The role also involves proactively identifying and implementing process improvements, particularly through automation and AI technologies.

Candidates should possess relevant experience in People Operations or HR Operations, with a strong emphasis on managing core HR processes. Proficiency in HR systems and data management is essential, and familiarity with tools like BambooHR and Power BI is advantageous. A solid understanding of HR compliance and operational risk, especially within the US context, is preferred. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
