The Senior People Operations Specialist will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies and regulations. This position requires close collaboration with finance, data, and other departments to maintain accurate HR data and systems, and to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Candidates should possess a strong background in HR operations, with experience in managing HR systems and data. Proficiency in English communication is essential, and familiarity with tools such as BambooHR and Power BI is advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

This full-time, independent contractor position is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with working hours aligned to US Eastern Time.
