Senior People Business Partner
As a Senior People Business Partner at AlphaSense, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, shaping people strategies and driving organizational effectiveness. This role involves partnering with VP-level leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy, while operating as a trusted partner across a cross-functional portfolio.
Key responsibilities include utilizing AI-powered HR tools and people analytics to provide data-backed recommendations, managing the full talent lifecycle from hiring to exits, leading succession planning and leadership development programs, and handling complex employee relations matters with empathy and legal rigor. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, lead change management efforts, and build dashboards to present people-data narratives to leadership forums.
The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 8 years as an HR Business Partner, with a proven track record in fast-growth or technology-driven organizations. Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws, hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, and proficiency with AI-enabled HR tools are essential. Strong stakeholder management skills and a Bachelor's degree are required, while an MBA or PGDM in HR or Organizational Behavior is preferred.
