Teads is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Operations & Data Analytics for a 9-month maternity leave coverage. This role involves leading the evolution of Teads' global marketing measurement framework and ensuring the smooth operation of its infrastructure. The position is based in Madrid and reports to the Global Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting marketing activities to business outcomes, translating performance across various initiatives into a unified view of revenue and growth contribution. Key responsibilities include supporting the development of the global marketing measurement framework, improving attribution models, standardizing KPI definitions, designing scalable reporting systems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen data pipelines and integration.

Applicants should have over 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or marketing operations. Strong expertise in BI tools like Looker and proficiency in SQL are required. Experience with marketing tech stacks, including CRMs such as Salesforce or Hubspot, and work management tools like is essential. A deep understanding of attribution, data integrity, governance, and ROI measurement is also necessary. The role demands a proactive, autonomous individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, with experience in ad tech, media, or digital marketing considered a strong plus. Fluency in English is mandatory.
