Senior Marketing Manager, Operations & Data Analytics (Maternity Leave Coverage for 9 months)
Teads is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Operations & Data Analytics for a 9-month maternity leave coverage. This role is integral to the global marketing team, focusing on enhancing the company's measurement framework and ensuring efficient operational infrastructure. Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform, partnering with over 10,000 publishers and 20,000 advertisers worldwide.
The successful candidate will report to the Global Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations and will be responsible for evolving Teads' global marketing measurement framework. Key duties include connecting top-of-funnel activities to pipeline and revenue, standardizing KPI definitions, improving attribution models, and designing scalable reporting systems. Additionally, the role involves strengthening data pipelines and championing a data-driven decision-making culture within the marketing organization.
Applicants should have over 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or marketing operations. Proficiency in BI tools like Looker, working knowledge of SQL, and experience with marketing tech stacks, including CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot, are essential. A deep understanding of data integrity, governance, and ROI measurement is required. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, autonomous professional comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Experience in ad tech, media, or digital marketing is advantageous, and fluency in English is mandatory.
